Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of completed registration form will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received in writing more than one month prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received in writing within one month of the start date of the event will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount.

A substitute attendee can be named at any time before the event starts and no fees will be applied to this, this transfer of pass cannot be completed onsite. Alternatively, if you are unable to attend the event, we will extend your credit to the next available event. If your ticket is cancelled due to malpractice or misuse of discounts no refund will be issued). GIVE reserves the right to refuse any refund based on management discretion.
